Modeling of the education quality management program at the educational institution

The article deals with questions of education quality management, in particular, modeling of the education quality management program. It considers stages of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) system and the “Quality House" as the main instruments of the model with regard to the educational institutions. The author describes each stage of the system, giving examples relevant to the modern educational institutions.
