Modeling the development of intellectual capacity of the enterprise and its structural components

In modern conditions, one of the factors determining the effectiveness of innovative activities of an enterprise is the level of development of its intellectual potential. Solving the problems hindering its development and identifying promising areas for the growth of intellectual potential contribute to the formation of new competitive advantages of the enterprise. Enterprises with a highly developed level of intellectual potential are much more successful in implementing activities of industry-specific import substitution strategies based on the introduction of modern innovative technologies. In addition, increasing the level of development of the intellectual potential of the enterprise and its structural components will help minimize the negative impact of sanctions on the production activities of the enterprise. The main goal of the study is to form a model and develop a methodology for determining the current level of development of the intellectual potential of an enterprise. The object of this study was determined by manufacturing enterprises of all sectors of the Russian economy, using innovative information and communication technologies in their activities and having a high share of the intellectual component in their finished products. The subject of the study was the formalization of the resulting indicators characterizing the structural components of the intellectual potential in the whole enterprise and in the context of its structural divisions. As a result of the research, methods of formalizing the resulting indicators of the level of development of intellectual potential and its structural components in the whole enterprise and in the context of its structural divisions are substantiated. A system of indicators has been developed that characterize the individual structural components of the intellectual potential of the enterprise, and a methodology for determining the level of its development in the context of the enterprise as a whole and its structural divisions. The proposed model and methodology can be used to identify existing development problems, as well as promising areas of growth of the intellectual potential of the enterprise as a whole and in the context of structural units.
