The article considers the process of modeling the development of managerial thinking of managers at the stage of higher education. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study is dened presented by a set of system-synergetic, transdisciplinary and linguo-didactic approaches. Model development is based on principles that include: general didactic principles, the principles of professional teaching, principles of learning a foreign language (the situational principle), the principle of monitoring (principle of operative control) specic complementary principle of higher education (the principle of stimulation of mental activity). The authors develop a structural-functional model of development of managerial thinking of the future managers, which includes target, content, organizational-active, monitoring-effective blocks. The content of each of the named blocks is presented
