The modeling of the development of managerial thinking of the future managers

The article considers the process of modeling the development of managerial thinking of managers at the stage of higher education. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study is dened presented by a set of system-synergetic, transdisciplinary and linguo-didactic approaches. Model development is based on principles that include: general didactic principles, the principles of professional teaching, principles of learning a foreign language (the situational principle), the principle of monitoring (principle of operative control) specic complementary principle of higher education (the principle of stimulation of mental activity). The authors develop a structural-functional model of development of managerial thinking of the future managers, which includes target, content, organizational-active, monitoring-effective blocks.
