This article describes a technique for modeling high-speed machining mode (HSM) milling titanium alloy VT - 9 considering viscoplastic hardening with change registration of cutting force components Fx, Fy, Fz in real time by using the dynamometer Kistler and temperature close to the cutting zone using pyrometric method. The model consists of experimentally obtained constitutive relation Johnson - Cook characterizing dynamic hardening and softening temperature of the processed material during milling
Phenomenological models, pyrometer, dynamometer, cutting temperature, cutting force, rheological properties, stress-strain state, johnson-cook constitutive model
