Modeling of an enterprise's innovation potential management system

The current crisis situation does not allow most industrial enterprises to ensure the reproduction of their economic potential, the most important element of which, in modern conditions, is the innovative potential. The problem of formation and development of innovative potential in modern conditions is becoming increasingly important and determines the need to create an effective mechanism for managing its development. The article reveals the main prerequisites and substantiates the need to create a system for managing the innovative potential of an industrial enterprise. The author presents the model of the enterprise innovation potential management system developed by the author, describes the main stages of its creation and implementation in the practice of the enterprise.
