Modeling of situational strategies with the use of neural networks on the example of an industrial enterprise

In the article a new approach to the choice of strategy of the enterprise development, based on the use of neural networks, is offered. The elaborated hybrid algorithm has been evaluated in the process of working out a strategic plan of an industrial enterprise development, with estimation of adequacy. The advantages of the method and its characteristic features are revealed.
