The article describes the problem of modeling complex organizational systems, particularly in the context of ground handling companies. The authors propose a hybrid modeling methodology that combines the advantages of various approaches (ARIS, EEPC, BPMN, IDEF, and others). It also examines modeling tools and the capabilities of Virtual Computer Laboratory for researching, optimizing, and developing complex organizational systems. The results of the research can be useful for management, analysts, and business process modeling specialists looking to improve the efficiency of their organizations and ensure the successful operation of ground handling companies.
