The article describes the problem of modeling complex organizational systems, particularly in the context of ground handling companies. The authors propose a hybrid modeling methodology that combines the advantages of various approaches (ARIS, EEPC, BPMN, IDEF, and others). It also examines modeling tools and the capabilities of Virtual Computer Laboratory for researching, optimizing, and developing complex organizational systems.
