Аnnotation: In this article presents the results of an expert survey, that consider the analysis of the existing system of social work with low-income families in the SCU of Blagoveshchenskoye SSZN. The author wrote the necessity and significance of creating a resource model of social work with low-income families. The author proposed a solution to the problem.
