The IDEF0 modeling means the process of providing personal services at the hotel

The article is devoted to the use of the methodology of functional modeling IDEF0 notation as IT-technological support of the process approach to management of a hotel enterprise. Developed context and decompensirovanny chart of the process of provision of services on different hierarchical levels. The description of each feature on the chart was to identify the inputs (which are converted in the process), outputs (the result of the conversion of the entrance), management (what guided the execution of the function to get the desired result) and mechanisms (what resources function is executed).
