Simulation of strategic personnel management organizations

The article discusses the application of the McKinsey 7S model (McKinsey 7S) in enterprise management and the influence of the elements of the model on increasing labor productivity. The content of the article reveals the concepts of "strategic management", "personnel management" in the aspect of analyzing the microenvironment of the enterprise, presents a brief analysis of the elements of the model (structure, strategy, management system in the organization, value system, sum of skills, composition of employees).
