A model of thermostimulated gas release of hydrogen from the surface and diffusion in the volume stainless steel, taking into account the atomic nature of matter, as well as determine the model parameters of the thermal desorption was developed. The model is realized on the basis of statistical tests (Monte-Carlo). The model well describes experimental data. Thermal desorption peaks values were obtained.
