Knowledge modeling in expert monitoring task under ship collision prevention conditions

This article addresses a question-answer access and complex of means of knowledge modeling in expert monitoring system of surrounding situation of the ship. The samples of precedent events are given for the knowledge base in which international operating normative tutorial for prevention of ship collision are taken as a basis.
