Model optimization of triboparameters of heavy loaded gliding supports

The technique of multi-stage optimization of tribotechnical characteristics of gliding supports by reciprocating movement with applying of method of experiment planning for defining of rational tribointerface variant was worked out.The model of metal-polymeric rolling friction unit with accumulative-rotaprint submission of a lubricant was offered. According to the results of laboratory researches it is found out that such tribointerface has minimal factor of friction. As a result of operational tests the working capacity of modernized structure was confirmed. The installation of offered structure in machines and mechanisms, which are under exploitation now by their repair without significant monetary wastes is possible.
