The article considers the classification of meat grinders, considers the design of a bowl cutter. Disadvantages of batch cutters are revealed. An improved design of an apparatus for fine grinding of meat is proposed. Thanks to the proposed modernization, the quality of the cutter will significantly increase. The degree of grinding of meat raw materials will also improve, since the wear resistance of the knife, additionally equipped with a removable-type circular knife, will increase. This will allow you to turn the knife after blunting and continue working.
