Modernization of the course «Information security» in the context of mass transfer of educational institutions to free software

In the article the problem of providing conditions for formation of competences in the sphere of information security of future teachers of computer science from the point of view of its mobility and continuous changes in the corresponding subject with a new turn to the process of mass introduction of free (GNU GPL) software in educational institutions is considered. The experience of continuous and evolutionary updating of the course «Information security» in the aspect of the solution of the stated problem is presented.
