Improvement of customs control after the release of goods of the 44 commodity section of the foreign economic activity commodity nomenclature

The article considers the typical violations committed by Russian Federation residents in the foreign economic activity on timber trade. The author suggests some guidelines on how to improve the customs control after the release of goods of the 44 commodity section of the Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature. The author has developed guidelines on introduction of effective methods of customs control after the release of goods into the customs practice.
