Modernization of the national economy of the Republic of Tajikistan as a condition of realization of the program of import substitution

In the article the questions of modernization of economy of the Republic of Tajikistan as one of the main conditions of import-substituting economic growth. Analyzes the current state of the economy of the Republic of Tajikistan, which clearly characterized the industrial downturn of the national economy. It is revealed that the reason for the stagnation of production in the real sector of economy of the Republic is the lack of real long-term program; a weak and outdated technical equipment industrial and agricultural enterprises. When considering the main types of modernization, identified the mechanisms of adaptive type of modernization of national economy of the Republic of Tajikistan. The importance and the need for a systemic modernization of core (key) industries of the national economy for the implementation of measures to stimulate import-substituting growth. Provides recommendations for close cooperation with countries that already have a relative advantage in technical re-equipment of production.
