Modernization of production and industrial infrastructure facilities

The article considers the need to modernize production and industrial infrastructure facilities in accordance with modern requirements for environmental friendliness and accessibility. The aim of the study is to develop a model to support decisions on reconstruction and modernization during operation of industrial and industrial buildings. The scope of the study includes, first of all, the development of a method for assessing buildings based on multiple criteria that are also used in assessing buildings, but also specific ones related to production facilities, i.e. environmental compatibility of buildings, fire safety. Knowledge of the relationship between decisions on the scale of repairs and modernization and quality indicators of the maintenance process is the basis for decision-making in the field of building maintenance. The results of these studies can contribute to improving the quality of maintenance of industrial buildings.
