Modernization of hose filter in fodder driving

In modern fodder workshops for dry cleaning of dusty air emitted from the product, a local filter of the FCL 620 BV type is installed to the elevators in the area of the product loading point. The disadvantage of this filter is the high energy consumption of cleaning the hose, including manual labor of maintenance personnel, as well as the need to turn off the filter during the regeneration, which leads to a decrease in the efficiency of the filtering process and line productivity by 36.5%. All this significantly affects the productivity of the entire workshop. To eliminate this drawback, it is proposed to upgrade the local filter type FCL 620 BV by adding the rotational movement of the filter sleeve. This proposal is being implemented by installing a belt drive on the filter. The driven pulley of the belt drive is worn on the outlet pipe of the filter sleeve. Modernization of the local filter allows to increase the productivity of the entire line, to ensure stability and efficiency of the filtering process without stopping the feed production line.
