The modernization of agriculture in Russia in the transforming conditions

In the article the modernization processes in the agrarian and industrial complex in condition of the transformations of the socialist system of the management into market are considered. The ignoring by the political government of the country of the need of unity of political, economic and agricultural activities is emphasized that presuppose the gradual modernization of the agriculture. In it argued the importance of the development and realization of the efficient program of technological modernization of the agriculture, which will promote output of the agrarian branch from crisis and decision of the food problem of the country.
