Modernization of educational system is one of the key factors for development of Russian economy

The article was prepared as a result of a project «Decision of personnel problem in the system of commercialization of scientific-technical design and support of innovation development of Krasnoyarsk region on the basis of group design training technology», which was realized in 2010 by FSEFHPE «Siberian Federal University» on request of KSAM «Krasnoyarsk regional fund of support of scientific and scientific-technical activity». The work is devoted to questions of regulation of mechanisms of cooperation of IHL with regional business in the field of elite education for masters on the project model and realization of joint R&D and innovation-technical activity.
