Modernization system of preparation of officers of the air forces during reforming educational system of military educational institutions 1997 - 2001

The theoretical judgement of ways of modernization of preparation of officers of the Air Forces, and process of formation of new system of military education in 1997 - is lead 2001 which result was creation of the original education and scientific complex uniting preparation of experts of one professional orientation at all levels (steps) of their vocational training. The analysis of features of the organization and carrying out of vocational training of the staff of the Air Forces in domestic armed forces in 1997 - has shown presence of some the external and internal factors incorporated in structure of the most military education which were the reasons of destructive development of system of military education of the Russian Federation 2001, resulted in the adverse phenomena in armed forces and modernization of system of military education of the Russian Federation demanded.
