Modernization of the educational system as a factor of improvement of educational services’ quality

The education system today is a balanced network of educational institutions with various specializations, a distinctive feature of which is the innovative mode of operation. Certainly, the goal setting focused on the improvement of the quality of education changes the style of management of the educational institution. The author draws attention to the issue of students’ attendance during both full-time and part-time forms of training, as well as to the issue of corruption in the education, and believes that these problems hinder the innovative development of the educational system.
