Modernization in socioeconomic system as a factor of political resolution of the North Irish conflict

Basing upon the national and foreign sources the article considers organizational and political aspects of the British government activities in the ethnic political conflict in Northern Ireland. The author substantiates timeliness, theoretic and practical relevance of the research regarding transformation of the conflict participants’ politics and determination of the resolution prospects.
