Modified extraction method. Issues of accuracy of individual evaluation of land plots

The article analyzes the application of the modified extraction method in assessing the market value of land plots. The authors focus on the problem of low accuracy of the obtained unit cost of a land plot. They conclude about the change in the method of calculating the modified extraction method, taking into account the classical methods of mathematical statistics, in particular the methodology of regression analysis. Two new versions of the modified extraction method are proposed that increase the accuracy of assessing the standard error of assessing the unit value of land plots, which can be further recommended for mass valuation.
