Modificated SWOT-analysis as the tool of formation of strategic guidelines

Modification of a method of the SWOT-analysis on the basis of the chains of formation of strategic guidelines of a company, which allows to identify the mission, vision and objectives of its development, to construct the hierarchy of goals, unifying main goals with particular, is suggested in the article.
