Modification of plant reference samples for determination of the elemental composition of ash by the XRF method

The determination of trace elements in the ashes of plant samples using the X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) method is relevant, but due to the lack of appropriate standard samples, it is difficult. In this paper, we consider the possibility of modifying plant standard samples by dry mineralization to obtain comparison samples of plant ash for XRF. The proposed operation is simple and express in implementation.
