Modification of structure and magnetic characteristics during redistribution of amorphous tape in plasm covering

It is considered the questions of influence of the massive amorphous material fabrication technological processes shaping the structure condition and magnetic characteristics of coverings. It is revealled that modification of structure occurs information over 100 A, within atomic scale it does not exist. Termoproces sing perfects the magnetic characteristic of scoverings.
