Modification of selected sets of objects and observation units during their long-year operation

Бесплатный доступ

This article discusses one of the leading components of sampling design, the model of which provides for: the use of a rotating module with full and partial replacement of observation objects during the operation of the constructed sampling array; formation of sample populations (S) for a long period of operation; implementation of a procedure for the constant modification of aircraft objects and observation units in the event of detection of unattainable observation objects in their composition during the preliminary and ongoing operation of the constructed sample sets. The sampling design, which includes various rotation schemes for elements of the armed forces, is widespread both in our country and abroad when conducting sample surveys of the labor force. Within the framework of this article, the designated area of research is examined using the example of organizing a sample survey of the labor force in the Russian Federation. The procedure, frequency of aircraft modification and the main requirements for the implementation of this procedure are outlined.
