This article is devoted to the development module assessing the quality of educational services the educational services market of higher education in an increasingly competitive environment. Defined the role of the state in the education market, as manifested on the supply side and demand side. It justifies the importance of evaluating the quality of educational services for the effective functioning of the market of educational services of higher education and its constructive engagement with the labour market. The present conditions of increasing the competitiveness of the University from the point of view of the beneficiaries and blagopriyatny in the context of such categories as image, reputation, prestige of the institution. Consideration of these aspects of the educational services market of higher education has allowed the author to develop the Module for assessing the quality of educational services in an increasingly competitive environment that has led to the grouping criteria of choice of the educational institution beneficiaries and blagopriyatnye.
