Modulation of clinical efficacy of rexetin in treatment of depressive disorders

As a result of investigation of clinical efficacy of rexetin and combined application of rexetin with intravenous injection of glucose in therapy of depressive disorders in 18 patients a high clinical efficacy of this preparation has been shown. Hypothesis of possible influence of combined use of rexetin and glucose in therapy of depressive disorders on increase of clinical efficacy of SSRIs at the expense of modulation of speed of the synthesis of serotonin has not been confirmed. Investigation has to be continued on larger samples of patients.
