Modular technologies and forming the programs of improvement the professional skill in technical high school

In paper the basic advantages of modular technologies in forming the programs of improvement the pro-fessional skill of vocational training are considered. By author the structure of modular programs consist-ing of blocks reveals: introduction in the module, training module, practical module, control module and management module of independent work of listeners. Scientific novelty of research consists that innova-tive directions of modernizing the faculty of improvement the professional skill during forming the pro-fessional competence of educational workers are analysed.
