The molecular-genetic identification and sertification of rare species of plants of Perm krai Adenophora lilifolia (L.) А. DC

The technology of the molecular-genetic identification and certification was tested on four populations of rare relict species of plants of Perm krai Adenophora lilifolia (L.) А. DC. Molecular-genetic analysis used two types of molecular markers based on PCR revealed a combinations of specific fragments of DNA. Moleculargenetic formula, barcodes and genetic passport of populations were composed, recommendation for the conservation of the gene pool of this species were given.
