Molecular-cellular prognosing criteria of forming pathology in children

The conceptual model of prognostic assessment of a pathology forming in children based upon the assessment of metabolic activity, analysis of molecular plasmatic membrane organization and subpopulation structure of peripheral and funic blood lymphocytes in children is presented. On an example of own original researches, efficacy of the model is demonstrated in several states of children (adaptation to school load, cardiac rhythm disturbances, adiposity, diabetes mellitus, atopic diseases), in various ecologic conditions including extreme conditions of the Far North and in various age periods including the period of newborn.
