Molecular cloning of plasmids with a kanamycin-resistance gene

Molecular cloning is widely used in research and biotechnology for production plasmid and viral vectors. Molecular cloning methods do not require special laboratory equipment but they have many technical troubleshooting. Proteins influencing vital activity of the bacterial cell life of the transformed bacterial cells is оne of difficulties of molecular cloning. We report the optimization of a molecular cloning technique using kanamycin as an antibiotic for selection of transformed cells.
