In the treatment of ischemic myocardial lesions are widely used mononuclear cells of autologous bone marrow. In the study of molecular-biological characteristics of human cells among the fractions of adherent and non-adherent bone marrow mononuclear cells, we have shown marked differences in the level of mRNA expression of genes vasoendotelial growth factor-A,-B,-C and-D. In adherent cells prevails expression of mRNA genes VEGF-C and VEGF-B. While in non-adherent mononuclearas it was increased mRNA expression of genes VEGF-D and-B, to a lesser extent - VEGF-A It describes the fundamental differences of biological properties of these fractions.
