The game of lactoferrin and mannose-binding lectin can serve as genetic markers in cattle associated with changes in the quantitative content of somatic cells in milk and resistance to mastitis. Due to the importance of the above genes, the goal was set to identify the productivity and identify the LTF and MBL1 genes involved in the resistance of dairy cows to the occurrence of mastitis using DNA diagnostics. It was revealed that animals with the LTFABMBL1TC genotype had a high milk yield of 6567.9 kg and the highest milk protein and fat yield. However, according to the content of somatic cells in milk, the best position was occupied by animals with the LTFABMBL1CC genotype.
