Milk productivity and metabolism of the first-calf heifers of the Kholmogorsk breed in the reduced fodder level

The research results on the milk productivity and the nutrient digestibility of the Kholmogorsk breed first-calf heifers in the reduced fodder level in the diet are presented in the article. The increase of the forage nutrient digestibility and the milk productivity of the first-calf heifers from the 1st experimental group where the fodder was 10 % of nutrition in the structure of the diet was revealed.
