The relevance of this work is determined by the state of the labor market in the context of the dynamics of modern socio-economic life of society. The situation of "personnel shortage" and the problem of youth employment, realized by both employers and the state, determined the goals and progress of implemented measures to attract teenagers to the enterprise. The youth employment project consisted of two parts: the educational process (theory, practice, a document on professional education of the established sample) and the organization of employment of "newly baked" young professionals during the holidays. As a result, significant tasks and problems for society were solved: the development and education of young people in the professional sphere, the transfer of professional experience between generations, the provision of labor resources of the enterprise. During the analysis of the practical project, topical areas of action were identified to address issues of the state and employers in the conditions of staff shortage, "personnel hunger" in the labor market: the need to combine the efforts of subjects of labor relations to organize youth employment, the development of management methodology in the context of a personnel crisis in accordance with the requests of participants in the relationship to maintain balance, the development of targeted vocational guidance for schoolchildren through interaction with the education system.
