Youth policy at the industrial company as a way to prevent destructive behavior of working youth

The article examines the influence of youth policy at the enterprise on the formation of destructive behavior among working youth. Based on the analysis of research on youth policy at enterprises, factors of the development of destructive behavior, the influence of youth policy as one of the ways of preventing destructive behavior is reflected, ways of influencing the behavior of young employees through meeting the needs through the implementation of youth policy are determined. As a result, the benefits of implementation for the enterprise, the state and youth are determined.
