Youth non-profit organizations: the role in the development of the personnel reserve

The article describes the practice of forming a management personnel reserve with the participation of a youth non-profit organization. The author gives an example of the youth All-Russian public movement of volunteers in the field of healthcare «Medical Volunteers», which have developed their own personnel reserve program, which is advisable for the development of managerial skills predicated on a competency-based approach.
