Purpose: The article proposes an experiment to introduce a system of deliberative elections with the participation of senior students aged 14 to 18 years. Methodology: The theoretical position of the researcher is based on the method of materialistic dialectics, the questionnaire method is used. Results: According to the author, carrying out the proposed experiment will allow adding about 5 % of the total number of voters to the electoral process. The results of the proposed experiment can be the basis for the creation of a new institution of constitutional law - youth deliberative elections. Novelty/originality/value: The introduction of deliberative elections can reduce political absenteeism, distract youth from the influence of destructive political and religious forces, strengthen family ties, and increase the level of true patriotism. The proposed system is aimed at obtaining a pedagogical effect by involving compatriots at an early age in active political life. The results of deliberative voting can be taken into account by political actors and authorities in preparation for the next election, since their results, without affecting the voting results, demonstrate the political preferences of the generation that will receive voting rights for the next election.
