Youth extremism as a factor of failure of public safety and worsening of the drug threat: social and philosophical approach to the problem

The article is devoted to the social and philosophical understanding the issues of youth extremism. The authors emphasize that extremism combined, as a rule, with terrorism is often funded by drug business interested in maintaining instability and high psychological tension in societies. It causes irreparable damage to the established social values of a mankind, has a significant negative impact on a person''s "sense of safety" and undermines state and public safety.
