The youth religious extremism in modern Russia and the ways to overcome it

The article studies one of the most dangerous negative features of the modern social and political process -the extremism, in particular, religious extremism, widespread among contemporary young people. The author notes a qualitative and quantitative change in modern extremist organizations' structure: more and more often their members are young people from socio-economically advantaged families. It is concluded that it is necessary to take proactive measures to control youth involvement in extremist organizations.
