Youth and formation of an effective, professionally-oriented labour potential in Russia

The article considers the problems relating to professional orientation of the Russian younger generation in choosing and mastering a future occupation, as well as the impact of this generation on formation of a quality labour potential of the country. The author proposes creation of a unified, well considered in perspective, multistage system of professional orientation, which would ensure effective shaping of business carrier of employees, including youth, and solution of the tasks of practical managing human resources in the Russian Federation and its regions.
