Youth policy of Turkmenistan: legal aspect

In this paper, the author examines the state youth policy of Turkmenistan. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing role of youth in the development of the country and the special attention paid to youth development in Turkmenistan, where the demographic structure is characterized by a high proportion of young people. In the course of the study, the authors analyzed the legal foundations, goals, objectives and main directions of the state youth policy of Turkmenistan. It was established that the state youth policy of Turkmenistan is aimed at creating conditions for the comprehensive development of the younger generation, at educating patriotically oriented and spiritually rich citizens who are able to make a significant contribution to the socio-economic and cultural prosperity of the country.
