Mongolia as a part of the Qing empire in the beginning of the 20th century

The article examines the strengthening of policy of Mongolian colonization in the beginning of the 20th century and the attempts of turning the country into one of the provinces of the Manchu dynasty. It was manifested in the form of the «new policy» that finally led to the victory of the Xinhai Revolution in China. In turn, it contributed to the growth of Mongolian national liberation movement and Mongolian statehood forming.
