The paper presents the experience of radiofrequency denervation (RFD) treatment of 114 patients with different stages of hip osteoarthrosis (OA). Treatment outcomes were assessed and analyzed with visual analogue scale and Harris hip score the next day after the procedure, in 1, 6 and 12 months. RFD demonstrated high effectiveness in patients with hip OA grade I or II along with prolonged remission. Pain relapse up to baseline level in patients with hip OA grade III was detected not earlier than in 6 months.
