In the article the author notes that planned activities in the framework of implementation of the road map «Improving customs administration» were realized; the values of established indicators of efficiency of activity of the customs bodies were achieved. However, there are some outstanding items in the implementation of the roadmap because of several problems associated with the complexity and specificity of customs administration in Russia.
