Monitoring of physical condition of technical university students as a method of the diagnostic phase of educational projecting

The article deals with the results of monitoring of physical development and readiness of girls enrolled in the polytechnic university allows to design an educational process with corresponding selection of means and methods of physical education, as well as to determine the parameters and the direction of physical activity. Selected tools can enhance their physical performance and adaptation to the process of professional education.
